Construction Materials

The Durbin Landfill provides disposal services for inert materials. Acceptable materials include: uncontaminated dirt, concrete, rock, concrete block, clay tile, and brick. We do not accept hazardous waste, hazardous substances, liquids, vegetation, wood, metal, trash, garbage, municipal solid waste, industrial waste, special waste, asbestos, or asphalt of any kind. All rebar, wire, or metal attached to the material cannot be longer than 6”. Loads with loose metal or rebar are not accepted. Material larger than 2’x2’x2’ is considered oversized and will have an additional charge. Material larger than 2’x2’x2’ is considered oversized and will have an additional charge.
